Proflowers Announces Corporate Name Change to Provide Commerce, Inc.

16, 2003 - Proflowers, Inc. today announced that it has officially changed its
corporate name to Provide Commerce, Inc., effective immediately. This name
change reflects the company’s broader mission to be the leading e-commerce
marketplace for the delivery of perishable products direct from the supplier to
the customer. The company will continue
to operate its floral website at www.proflowers.com
as it has since 1998. The company’s headquarters will remain in San Diego, Calif.
